BTS won four awards at the 2018 People’s Choice Awards!

On November 11 PT, People’s Choice Awards 2018 was held in Santa Monica, California. BTS won a total of four awards, including “The Group of 2018,” “Social Celebrity of 2018,” “Song of 2018” with “IDOL,” and “Music Video of 2018.”

BTS did not attend the ceremony as they are currently in Japan for the “LOVE YOURSELF” tour. The group revealed a congratulatory video thanking ARMY (BTS’s fan club).
The group took home these awards after competing with many famous Hollywood stars such as Ellen DeGeneres, Chrissy Teigen, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Childish Gambino, Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes, and Cardi B, showing the group’s popularity.
People’s Choice Awards is an awards ceremony for television, music, and films hosted by CBS since 1975. BTS will start the Japan part of the ” LOVE YOURSELF” world tour on November 13 at Tokyo Dome, moving on to Osaka Dome, Nagoya Dome, and Fukuoka Yahuoku! Dome.
